CALL FOR WORKSHOP PROPOSALS =============== The 3rd IEEE International Conference on Smart City Innovations (SCI 2019) 19-23 August, 2019 Leicester, UK http://www.smart-world.org/2019/sci/ SCI 2019 calls for workshop proposals which will complement the research topics reated to the themes of Smart City Innovations. Workshops will run in conjunction with SCI 2019. It is expected that each workshop will have as a minimum 6 accepted full papers. Workshop organizers will be responsible for forming their own program committees, circulating the Call for Papers, managing the submission and review process in addition to planning the final program. The registration fees for workshops will be determined by the organizing committees of SCI 2019, which will cover workshop facilities and publication costs. It is expected that each paper submitted should be reviewed by at least three experts in the corresponding area of research. The main conference will support organizers of workshops with the following: (1) If a workshop has 10-20 full registrations, then one full registration will be waived. (2) If a workshop receives more than 20 full registrations, then its organizers can apply for a travel grant (up to USD1500) to attend the conference, or to invite one keynote speaker for the workshop with a free registration and travel grant (up to USD1500). The registrations must be from submissions received by the workshop and its accepted papers only, excluding transferred papers from other conferences. Please use SCI 2019 Workshop Proposal as the subject of the email. Paper Submissions for accepted workshops should follow the main conference Paper Submission Guidelines. The length of a workshop paper submission is 6 pages. A further 2 pages may be included, however, will incur overlength page charges if accepted.
