Camera-ready Manuscript Preparation and Submission

2019 IEEE Smart World Congress uses IEEE CPS (Conference Publishing Service) to prepare and collect all accepted papers (regular / short / workshop / forum / WiP / Demo&Poster papers) to generate the final conference proceedings which will be published by IEEE CIS and IEEE Computer Society, and included in IEEE eXplore digital Library.

Please use Author Submission Site or click directly https://ieeecps.org/#!/auth/login?ak=1&pid=4PVDi1quaa6seK0edrBCG6 to prepare and submit your camera-ready version of your manuscript.

To submit your camera-ready manuscript, please log in, The following text should be present in the upper left corner of the first screen:

To access the copyright and paper submission process, click "Next" at the top right of the screen.

At the center of the next screen the text "Copyright Release" will appear with the following at the top-left corner:

On this screen, please read the instructions and fill out the form (three boxes) to begin the submission process of the copyright. When you fill out the form and click "Submit Copyright" (at the lower-right of the form) it will open a new tab for the IEEE Publication Agreement site page.

After you've submitted the copyright, go back to the "CPS Online" tab and click "Next" at the top right of the screen to move to the next screen "Paper Details". The following screens will then be "Add Authors" and "Final Paper PDF File Submission",

Camera-ready Paper Preparation Notes

(1) All accepted papers must be prepared based on the Formatting Instructions on the “Formatting Your Paper” page in the above “Author Submission Site”.

(2) Final version of your prepared manuscript must be validated based on instructions in the “Paper Validation” page in the above “Author Submission Site”.

(3) Author(s) of each accepted paper must submit the copyright form via the above “Author Submission Site”.

(4) Authors of accepted papers should prepare their camera-ready version based on the following page limits:

•  Regular Paper - 8 Pages (plus up to 2 extra pages with extra cost)
•  Short Paper - 6 Pages (plus up to 2 extra pages with extra cost)
•  WiP (Work-In-Progress) Paper - 4 Pages (plus up to 2 extra pages with extra cost)
•  Workshop/Forum Paper - 6 Pages (plus up to 2 extra pages with extra cost)
•  Demo and Poster Paper - 4 Pages (plus up to 2 extra pages with extra cost)

Please complete and submit your final camera-ready version based on the included review comments.
